End-to-end event platform
We designed and built Iventi from the ground up - a fully custom web platform that handles event creation, public listings, attendee registration, payment processing, QR-code ticketing, and real-time dashboards for organisers. The platform supports both public and private events, with granular access controls and a clean public-facing discovery experience.

We approached Iventi with the belief that organiser tools are often over-complicated and attendee experiences are often neglected. Our design philosophy was to give organisers power without complexity - a dashboard that surfaces exactly what matters - while making the attendee journey as frictionless as possible. Every screen was tested against the question: does this feel effortless?
Real-time seat & capacity management
Handling concurrent ticket purchases without overselling required a robust optimistic locking system on the backend, combined with live UI feedback so attendees always see accurate availability.
Multi-format event support
Iventi needed to support conferences, concerts, workshops, and private gatherings - each with different ticketing logic, access levels, and scheduling requirements - all within a single unified data model.
On-site check-in at scale
The QR check-in flow had to work reliably under poor network conditions at venue entrances. We implemented an offline-first PWA mode that syncs in the background.
